At the heart of our solution is data-reduction provided by its client-side data de-duplication technology, which greatly reduces the amount of data that needs to be transported over the network and stored for the daily backup. Also the Red Cell Data Shield 2010 is easy to operate, as it requires no physical handling of backup media and has a simple straightforward user interface.
The software runs on all popular Operating Systems bits such as Windows , Mac OS X, VMWare and Linux . FreeBSD platforms will be supported very soon.
